About us

Sanyo-so liegt am ruhigen Berghang von Izu Nagaoka, das seit der Kamakura-Ära als Badeort mit heißen Quellen floriert. Auf dem weitläufigen und naturreichen Grundstück können Besucher die natürliche Schönheit der vier Jahreszeiten im Garten voller eleganter Wasserfälle und Bäche genießen. Die 10 Hauptgebäude werden seit langem von prominenten Persönlichkeiten als Gebäude geschätzt, das japanische Ryokans (Gasthäuser) repräsentiert, sowie als Gebäude, die das Können vieler berühmter Architekten und Designer unter Beweis stellen. Die Namen der Gästezimmer stammen von den traditionellen japanischen Aufführungen von „Noh“. Jedes Gästezimmer hat ein einzigartiges Aussehen, das sich in den Details der Alkovenpfosten jedes Zimmers, den horizontalen Holzstücken, die für das Gerüst des Gebäudes verwendet wurden, den Trägern, den Oberlichtern und anderen Teilen zeigt. Das Sanyo-so serviert Ihnen gewürzte japanische Küche mit regionalen Zutaten wie Gemüse aus Shuzenji und Amagi sowie Meeresfrüchten aus der Suruga Bay und der Sagami Bay. Alle Zutaten wurden streng ausgewählt, um das Beste aus jeder Jahreszeit herauszuholen.
