Das Castello di Valenzano ist nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Ausfahrt Arezzo der Autobahn A1 („Autostrada del Sole“) und eine Autostunde von Florenz, Siena, Cortona, Perugia und der Chianti-Region entfernt. Es liegt direkt vor den Toren des Nationalparks Foreste Casentinesi, in einem wunderschönen Tal voller Burgen, Klöster und romanischer Pfarrkirchen, auf einer Höhe von etwa 500 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Wir haben 9 große Zimmer und jedes Zimmer ist in einem anderen Stil eingerichtet. Von den meisten Zimmern aus haben Sie einen Panoramablick auf die Berge von Pratomagno. Das Castello di Valenzano ist auch ein idealer Ort für Großveranstaltungen wie Ausstellungen, Kongresse und Geschäftstreffen. Die großen und malerischen Säle bieten Platz für bis zu 450 Personen, verteilt auf mehrere Räume.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
