Das Hotel Les Echevins befindet sich in Tarascon, Frankreich. Dieses schöne Herrenhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wurde von der Familie Chay in ein Hotel mit unverwechselbarem Charakter umgewandelt. Im Mittelpunkt steht eine monumentale Treppe, die für die damaligen Privatvillen typisch ist und heute Zugang zu den 3 Stockwerken und 40 Zimmern des Hotels bietet. Sie werden es nicht versäumen, von den klaren, großzügigen Volumen, den provenzalischen Möbeln, der Sorgfalt bei der Dekoration und den unzähligen Details begeistert zu sein, die Sie daran erinnern, dass Sie sich in Tarascon, im Herzen der Provence, befinden. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das Restaurant Le Mistral. Das Restaurant bietet Ihnen eine traditionelle französische Küche mit ausgeprägten provenzalischen Akzenten.
