Stornierungsrichtlinie

Wenn die Vertragspartei den Director of Special Events über die Absage der Veranstaltung informiert, erstattet Lyndhurst Anzahlungen und Zahlungen wie folgt: Sechs (6) Monate oder mehr vor dem Veranstaltungstermin, vollständige Rückerstattung (abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 500 USD und der Mitgliedsgebühr); zwischen fünf (5) und sechs (6) Monaten die Hälfte (½) der Mietgebühr und der Anzahlung (abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 500 USD und dem Mitgliedsbeitrag); und weniger Für mehr als fünf (5) Monate werden keine Gelder zurückerstattet. In Fällen, in denen die Vertragspartei die Veranstaltung aufgrund eines Terminkonflikts absagen muss, kann die Anzahlung auf einen neuen Vertrag und einen neuen Veranstaltungstermin angerechnet werden, sofern die Veranstaltung innerhalb desselben Geschäftsjahres, in dem der ursprüngliche Vertrag unterzeichnet wurde, verschoben wird. Ungeachtet der vorstehenden Bestimmungen dieses Absatzes wird sich Lyndhurst bei einer Absage der Veranstaltung durch die Vertragspartei nach Treu und Glauben bemühen, den Zeitblock für die Veranstaltung weiterzuverkaufen. Wenn ein Weiterverkauf zum gleichen Preis wie die Veranstaltung erfolgt, wird der gesamte Betrag der Mietkaution (abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 500 USD und des Mitgliedsbeitrags) an die Vertragspartei zurückerstattet.

ZAHLUNGSPLAN: Die Hälfte des Mietpreises, des Mitgliedsbeitrags und der Kaution in Höhe von 3.250,00 USD ist bei der Unterzeichnung des Vertrags über die besondere Nutzung von Immobilien fällig und zu zahlen, um den Veranstaltungstermin zu reservieren. Wenn der unterschriebene Vertrag und die Zahlung nicht innerhalb von zwei (2) Wochen nach dem Datum der Unterzeichnung eingehen, wird die Reservierung automatisch storniert. Der Restbetrag des Mietpreises in Höhe von 2.250,00 USD ist spätestens zwei Wochen vor dem Veranstaltungstermin vollständig fällig. Wählen Sie aus einem der vier erforderlichen Caterer: Catering by DoubleTree, Philip Stone Caterers oder Regal Caterers, Le Moulin Event Planning & Catering oder Sterling Affair. Das Zelten erfolgt durch Party Line Tent Rentals aus Elmsford, New York. Mietgebühr für das Gelände 2013: Gebühr für die Hochzeitslocation am Samstag 5.000 USD; freitags und sonntags 4.000 USD Nutzung an Wochentagen und außerhalb der Saison nach Vereinbarung Rückerstattbare Kaution für Schaden/Reinigung: 500$ Um die Rosengarten-Zeremonie hinzuzufügen: plus 500$ zu allen oben genannten Preisen, bei Regen oder Sonnenschein. Der Caterer muss am Veranstaltungstag einen Regenruf tätigen. Die Vereinbarungen werden direkt vom Kunden mit unseren Partneranbietern getroffen: Der Catering-/Food & Beverage-Service wird mit einem der vier zugelassenen Caterer unter Vertrag genommen: Catering by Le Moulin Event Planning & Catering, Ltd., Philip Stone Caterers, Sterling Affair und Tastfully Yours. Zelt- und Partymieten werden ab 21$ pro Person für das Basispaket direkt bei Michael von Party Line Tent Rentals vereinbart. Valet Parking ist direkt mit Elite Parking, Inc. beauftragt. Das Innere des Herrenhauses ist für kleine private Veranstaltungen geöffnet. Die Gebühr für diesen Veranstaltungsraum richtet sich jedoch nach der Art des Empfangs und der Anzahl der Gäste.
