Es liegt im Herzen des Stadtteils Hebei, direkt am Wasser, eine 30-minütige Autofahrt vom internationalen Flughafen Tianjin Binhai und eine 10-minütige Autofahrt vom Bahnhof Tianjin entfernt. Der einzigartige fächerförmige Grundriss des Großen Ballsaals bietet die perfekte Kulisse für großartige Bankette, bei denen bis zu 570 Gäste Platz finden. Der Junior Ballroom bietet Platz für 280 Gäste und eignet sich für kleine bis mittelgroße Veranstaltungen. Drei kleinere Tagungsräume unterschiedlicher Größe für 6 bis 17 Personen können für kleinere Tagungen, Diskussionen oder Anlässe entsprechend vorbereitet werden. Es besteht aus 159 gehobenen Zimmern im modernen Stil, die mit minimalistischen orientalischen Akzenten akzentuiert sind.
