Das Borgo Ramezzana befindet sich in Trino. Eine lange und kostbare Restaurierung, eine mühsame Restaurierungsarbeit haben es ermöglicht, die architektonischen und malerischen Erinnerungen des 19. Jahrhunderts unverändert zu bewahren. Das neugotische Herrenhaus, das von einem kostbaren zinnenbewehrten Turm dominiert wird, der mit geprägten Ziegeln verziert ist, hat seinen alten Charme vollständig wiedererlangt. Und dazu die Ruhe, die absolute Privatsphäre, der absolute Luxus und die Möglichkeit, die komplette Struktur für einen besonders wichtigen Anlass zu haben, um ihn einzigartig und unvergesslich zu machen. Das Restaurant steht nicht nur den Gästen unseres Resorts offen, sondern auch allen, die die magische Atmosphäre erleben möchten, die hier in Borgo herrscht. Alle Zimmer im Herrenhaus oder im Farmer Wing bewahren und unterstreichen mit wertvollen Details die alten Funktionen des Ortes, schöne Kamine und bemalte Decken sowie traditionelle Möbel.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
