As you enter the Holiday Resort Guam, the classic design permeates throughout the flowing marble staircases, the elegant grand lobby and arched cathedral windows. Our friendly and courteous staff stands ready to accommodate your needs with genuine smiles and our proud "Hafa Adai" spirit. Holiday Resort & Spa Guam has 9 banquet facilities with the Chief Matapang ballroom accommodating a maximum of 300 pax and La Brasserie for up 400 pax.The Chief Gadao, Chief Hurao, Chief Chief Kepuha, and Chief Alu ballrooms are connecting rooms that are perfect for breakout rooms offering natural sunlight with views of Tumon Bay. Chief Agauren ballroom is also ideal for a breakout room or retreat groups it provides complete privacy with no natural sunlight. Our banquet professionals are available to assist and tailor your event to your specifications. With a variety of versatile Conference, Meeting and Function rooms, we are able to suit any occasion. From an Intimate Wedding Reception to an impressive Corporate Meeting or small to large retreat groups and social events.

Last minute changes pertaining to the event set-up within forty eight (48) hours notice will be up to the hotel’s discretion to accept the changes and will be subject to additional fee. Significant modifications must be received in writing as soon as possible. If the reservation is completely cancelled due to reasons for which we cannot be held responsible, we reserve the right to invoice you the following cancellation charges for the reserved services: 10 business days before the event: 100% is non refundable 30 business days before the event: 75% is non refundable 60 days or more before the event: 30% is non refundable
