About us
Located on the banks of stunning water is Gwesty Ty'n y Cornel Hotel, deep in the fold of dramatic, steep-sided mountains. In the mountains of Mid Wales, at the very southern end of Snowdonia, is a most beautiful lake - Tal-y-Llyn, at the foot of Cader Idris, the second highest mountain in Wales. There are many attractions, some energetic, many less so, in the local area awaiting your discovery. The Function Room, with a seating capacity of 80 guests in a formal layout, and in a more informal arrangement, will ensure that you miss none of the surrounding beauty. An evening celebration with finger buffet can accommodate 120 guests. We allocate 19 rooms for the event accommodation.
