About us

Das Wellness Resort Parco degli Aromi befindet sich an einem privilegierten Ort in einem 40.000 m2 großen Park, nur wenige Kilometer vom Erice Peak entfernt. Eine typische mediterrane Oase umgibt das Hotel, das auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Valderice liegt und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Berg Cofano und die Küsten in der Nähe von Bonagia und Trapani bietet. Das Hotel Parco degli Aromi besteht aus drei unabhängigen Gebäuden mit 14 Suiten, 13 Standardzimmern und 5 Einzelzimmern. Das Hotel Parco degli Aromi verfügt über zwei Innenrestaurants, ein Außenrestaurant auf einer Panoramaterrasse und einen Konferenzsaal. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
