Wenn die Veranstaltung mehr als 90 Tage vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt wird und TGS in der Lage ist, eine vergleichbare Veranstaltung auf dieselbe umzubuchen Ab diesem Datum kann TGS nach eigenem Ermessen die Kaution abzüglich einer Verwaltungsgebühr von zwanzig Prozent (20%) erstatten. Wenn der Die Veranstaltung wird innerhalb von 90 Tagen oder weniger mit einer Frist vor der Veranstaltung abgesagt. Alle Anzahlungen sind NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIG. Alle Stornierungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen und dem Veranstaltungsleiter von TGS mitgeteilt werden. Wenn TGS seinen Vertrag nicht erfüllen kann Verpflichtung aus dieser Vereinbarung, aus irgendeinem Grund, mit Ausnahme der Nichtzahlung oder eines sonstigen Zahlungsverzugs des Kunden, alle Einzahlungen bei TGS eingegangene Zahlungen werden an den Kunden zurückerstattet, ohne dass dem Kunden von TGS weitere Strafen oder Verbindlichkeiten geschuldet werden.
