Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Hey there, I'm Jake Schwartz. It's great to meet you! I performed my first magic shows at 2 years old, making my food “disappear” for my parents 3 times per day. I quickly became interested and then obsessed with the moments a magic trick could create. However, not everyone enjoys being “FOOLED” over and over by a kid, so I stopped telling people I was a magician altogether. Growing up I hid my passion from everyone until I learned how to tell STORIES through my magic. Suddenly, people weren’t made to be the FOOL, they were PART of a STORY. Rather than a challenge of “bet you can’t figure this out," I found I could bring people together through personable, engaging, and entertaining magic stories. Now, the mission for every show is "Come Together, Be Amazed, and Change The Game." Jake Schwartz is a professional magician who has won international awards, appeared on television over 65 times, and is best known for performing in 3 World Tours with the most viral sports team on the planet as The Savannah Bananas’ Magician First Base Coach. Our second restaurant in the Boston-area is located in the expansion of the Burlington Mall, one of Massachusetts’ premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Burlington location also features an expansive patio with firepits for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary bar with lounge seating and dry-aged meat cabinets for in-house aging.
