Der Komplex, der als architektonisches Juwel beschrieben wird, fügte 50.000 Quadratfuß Ausstellungsfläche, 11 Tagungsräume, einen 12.144 Quadratmeter großen Ballsaal (der größte in Zentral-Massetts) und eine hochmoderne Küche hinzu. Auf der über 100.000 Quadratfuß großen Ausstellungsfläche der Anlage finden das ganze Jahr über Verbrauchermessen, Messen, Kongresse, Konferenzen und andere öffentliche und private Veranstaltungen statt.
