Die Anlage wurde 1997 mit der Eröffnung eines angeschlossenen, hochmodernen Kongresszentrums erweitert, das einen Panoramablick auf die Innenstadt von Worcester bietet. Der Komplex, der als architektonisches Juwel beschrieben wird, fügte 50.000 Quadratfuß Ausstellungsfläche, 11 Tagungsräume, einen 12.144 Quadratmeter großen Ballsaal (der größte in Zentral-Massetts) und eine hochmoderne Küche hinzu. Auf der über 100.000 Quadratfuß großen Ausstellungsfläche der Anlage finden das ganze Jahr über Verbrauchermessen, Messen, Kongresse, Konferenzen und andere öffentliche und private Veranstaltungen statt.
