Das JinLing Mengyue Resort-Mengyue Resort befindet sich in Ming Yue Shan, einer nationalen Zone für Landschaften und berühmte Landschaften, einem Naturschutzgebiet mit AAAA-Status sowie dem Nationalen Waldpark und dem Nationalen Geologischen Park und nationalem Naturerbe. Das Gebäude befindet sich auf dem Gipfel von Ming Yue Shan und seine Höhe beträgt bis zu 1600 Meter. Das Meng Yue Resort ist ein Fünf-Sterne-Touristenresort, das als Mondsee des Luxus gilt. Das „Palace“ -Hotel besteht aus einem Haupt- und Nebengebäude, einer Multifunktionshalle und 10 unabhängigen „Bewunderer Mond“ -Gebäude (Villa), die am Mondsee verteilt sind. Mit einer Gesamtbaufläche von 25000 Quadratmetern. Es gibt insgesamt 222 Zimmer mit 380 Betten. Ein westliches und chinesisches Restaurant sowie ein Grillraum, in dem 560 Personen Platz finden. Ein Multifunktionssaal (Theater), in dem 380 Personen zuschauen können und der für alle Arten von Tagungen oder Aufführungen geeignet ist. Das Hotel dient der Gesunderhaltung, Sport, Unterhaltung und anderen Einrichtungen.
