Wir waren den ganzen Tag für eine Arbeitskonferenz hier.
Das Hotel hat eine frische, moderne Atmosphäre. Ich glaube, Hilton hat das Anwesen kürzlich übernommen und ich vermute, es wurde komplett renoviert.
Die Angestellten waren bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich und zeigten uns das Zimmer, anstatt uns nur in die richtige Richtung zu weisen.
Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe mit großen runden Tischen und bequemen Stühlen. Jeder Tisch war erwartungsgemäß mit Süßigkeiten, Wasser und Papier gefüllt. Sie hielten den Raum trotz des heißen Wetters draußen auf einer angenehmen Temperatur.
Projektor, Leinwand und Sound funktionierten alle gut.
Direkt vor dem Zimmer gab es einen Pausenbereich mit Tee und Kaffee und eine Terrasse, die in der heißen Sommersonne herrlich war.
Sie hatten Frühstücksbutties zur Verfügung, bevor wir anfingen.
Später gab es Melonenscheiben.
Das Mittagessen wurde in einem privaten Bereich des Restaurants serviert. Das Hotel stellte ein spezielles vegetarisches Menü für das Team zusammen und es waren alles gut durchdachte, gesunde Optionen. Es gab Käsekuchen oder Schokoladenkuchen und beide sahen toll aus.
Später am Nachmittag aßen wir Eisbecher, was bei heißem Wetter eine wirklich nette Ergänzung war.
Viele meiner Arbeitskollegen blieben auch für die Nacht.
Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall für eine ähnliche Veranstaltung empfehlen. York ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit einer großen Auswahl an Abendaktivitäten und einer guten Verkehrsanbindung. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
