Ganischgerhof Mountain Resort & Spa is situated in Deutschnofen in the valley of Eggen: “Eggental". It lies in the heart of the Dolomites in South-Tyrol and offers a marvelous view on the Rosengarten. Shopping at Bozen is at about a distance of 18 km. from the hotel. The hotel is situated at the border of a forest, at the outskirts of the village in the middle of meadows. The centre of the village is at about 5 km. The hotel has 40 rooms, each named after one of the surrounding mountains. The spacious, comfortable rooms and suites offer the comfort you expect from your home away from home. They have light wood and appealing color schemes as well as comfortable seating areas. The lounge offers space for corporate meetings & seminars. The Garden Bar & The Stube offfer space for get togethers.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
