A beautiful Chateau-Hotel located in the Burgundy Wine Region. The chateau de Gilly, former residence of the Cistercian Monks, is located two minutes from the famous village of Vougeot at the heart of the finest wine ("Grand Cru") producing area in Burgundy, between Dijon and Beaune. The Chateau de Gilly is a must for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Burgundian hospitality. 20 km from Dijon and Beaune, amongst the great vineyards of Burgundy, this former residence of the Abbots of Citeaux combines conviviality, pleasure and work. The Chateau de Gilly is the perfect location for your receptions, banquets, cocktails and weddings. For banquets, in addition to the dining room (seating 80 people), a superb 14th century Gothic hall, the Chateau de Gilly offers you a banqueting hall with French style ceilings and tapestries (seating 160 people) and a private room seating 60 people. A number of rooms are available, the largest of which can accommodate up to 250 people for a cocktail reception and 160 people for a buffet reception.
