The Acorn Inn, gerund door het enthousiaste en ervaren managementteam van Jack en Alex Mackenzie, wordt steeds zeldzamer: een traditionele dorpscafé vol leven, plezier en goed gezelschap, maar met een bekroond restaurant dat op zichzelf al een topattractie is. Tien comfortabele hotelkamers met eigen badkamer in onze familie- en huisdiervriendelijke herberg zijn vernoemd naar plaatsen in Hardy's romans en bieden het modernste comfort, waaronder gratis wifi, maar met traditionele stoffen en meubels die passen bij die periode. De Acorn Inn is een ideale setting voor een aantal verschillende functies of evenementen, van een verjaardagsfeest tot een jubileumdiner of een verlovingsfeest tot een zakelijke bijeenkomst.
