About us
As you enter the tree-lined avenue leading to Wasserschloss Lembeck (literally “moated castle or palace”), you feel something special awaits you. The avenue leads in a straight line - across the bridge, over the moat, through the archway of the gatehouse and stables (German: Vorburg), on through an outer courtyard and over the bridge to the main part of the castle. Hotel and Restaurant Schloss Lembeck has been recently refurbished under the supervision of Countess Catherine of Merveldt. Inga Nottelmann, the new manager, has also had the restaurant redecorated by the internationally renowned Danish designer Tage Andersen. 18 hotel rooms and two family suites with 38 beds are available for an unforgettable stay on the Moated Castle Lembeck. Each room with individual charm reminiscent of life of past times. The hotel is a perfect place to hold your conferences, meetings and wedding ceremony. The hotel provides 4 rooms for any type of events.
