From signature of the contract up to 120 days prior to the groups arrival - All or part of the rooms reserved may be cancelled. The confirmation deposit will be forfeited upon the cancellation of the booking. Up to 90 days prior to the groups arrival - Up to 10% of the rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rate for any rooms cancelled will apply. Up to 60 days prior to the groups arrival - Up to 5% of the remaining rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge. In excess of this amount, a cancellation fee of a 100% of the rate of any additional room will apply. 30 days prior to groups arrival - Full cancellation fee for all rooms cancelled will apply.
