CANCELLATION Cancellation of the entire group or slippage of your room block (“Attrition”) may expose the Hotel to substantial losses. Accordingly, you are subject to the Cancellation and Attrition Policies outlined below, which the parties intend as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Accommodation In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited in addition to the following charges: 1. Up to 120 days prior to Arrival All or part of the rooms reserved may be cancelled without charges. The confirmation deposit will be forfeited upon the total cancellation of the booking. 2. 90 to 61 days prior to arrival Up to 10% of remaining rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge. For any rooms cancelled in excess of this percentage a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the contracted rate will apply. 3. 60 to 31 days prior to Arrival Up to 5% of the remaining rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge. For any rooms cancelled in excess of this percentage a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the contracted rate will apply. 4. 30 days prior to Arrival Full cancellation fees apply for all rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Conferencing and F&B In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited in addition to the following charges: 1. Between 12 (twelve) weeks up to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 75% of the estimated total banquet and F&B revenue will apply 2. Between 4 (four) weeks up to 1 (one) week prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 90% of the estimated total banquet and F&B revenue will apply 3. Within 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee of the booked banquet and F&B revenue will apply.
