The Devlin is more than a hotel. It’s community focused. It’s cool art. It’s gorgeous food. It’s outrageous drinks. It’s thoughtful design and smart interiors. We’ve got a rooftop bar and terrace, luxury cinema, a great coffee spot and an incredible cocktail bar with a crack-team of the best bartenders around – all under one roof in Ranelagh. On our super-comfy custom-made mattresses in one of our 40 cleverly designed bedrooms. Size isn’t everything, but you’ve got to be smart about it. We’ve put on our thinking hats to make sure that every little thing we’d want to see in a hotel room is in our rooms. Dyson hair dryers for speedy drying. Power showers to wash away the day. Dine out on the view upstairs in Layla’s. Our glass-surround terrace makes you feel like you’re floating right above the heart of Ranelagh village. Cruise by our DIME Coffee Hatch and grab a cup to go. Head in and hotdesk on our ground floor. Taste cocktails that are off the chain in our Americana Bar. Get hooked to the silver screen in our cinema. Take part in some of our monthly events – from talks to movies, podcasts to passions – we’ve got a calendar of events to pique anyone’s interest! Did we mention the ART? Our walls, from the lobby to the bedrooms, from top to bottom are bedecked with unbelievable Irish art hand selected by artist and curator James Earley.

If The Client cancels the entire bedroom block, the Hotel shall have suffered damages equivalent to the profits that the Hotel would have earned from the sale of rooms, the catering of food and beverage, food and beverage outlets, and use of recreation facilities, commission on retail sales and ancillary payments etc. in connection with the booking. The parties acknowledge that it is difficult to quantify such damages and have agreed that the Hotel shall assess a cancellation fee, (the “Cancellation Fee”) against The Client as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The parties agree that the Cancellation Fee will be based on the date written notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel, and calculated as (i) a percentage of Estimated Room Revenue and (ii) a percentage of Estimated Food and Beverage Revenue in accordance with the following scale: Number of Days Prior to check -in- Percentage of Estimated Room Revenue Number of Days Prior to check in Percentage of Estimated Room Revenue 0-60 days 100% 61–90 days 80% 91-120 days 50%
