With such a unique location, Pier B also offers up to 6,000 sq.ft. of Outdoor Lawn Space. The Pilot House Boardroom is over 480 sq.ft and a private meeting space with views of the Lift Bridge, Harbor & Bayfront. Very Unique to Pier B is the 2nd Floor Private Outdoor Deck facing the Duluth Harbor. Perfect for cocktail receptions or wedding ceremonies with unbelievable views.
