GUARANTEE/ PAYMENT POLICY In order to guarentee the attached reservation, please make payment either by credit card or into our bank account. Details on the attached invoice. Should we receive no response from you by the stipulated cut off date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any further communication. Reservations that are made on the day of arrival that are not guarenteed will be released at 18h00. CANCELLATION POLICY/NO-SHOW POLICY Should this reservation be cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
