Royal Cliff Banquet facility is located on the SW corner of Cliff Road and Cedar Avenue (77) in Eagan, MN right behind Penn Cycle. Royal Cliff, a beautifully decorated facility, can accommodate groups up to 500 in the ambience of a high-grade hotel ballroom, but at a much greater value.
