The hotel prides itself on the beauty of its location and surroundings. The hotel offers 8 guestrooms for a comfortable stay. The hotel provides the facilities of 3 function rooms available for many different occasions. The hotel is suitable for a range of business needs. Chalk Farm is a picturesque hotel surrounded by beautiful, secluded gardens, nestling at the foot of the south downs. Only a few miles from Eastbourne (and thus the sea) and a mile from the nearest train station you can relax at the hotel, removed from the troubles of the world, or venture into town for the shopping, seaside or nightlife.
