6. CANCELACIÓN O CAMBIOS REALIZADOS POR EL CLIENTE i. Si el Cliente necesita cancelar la reserva, debe comunicárselo al Hotel por teléfono y confirmarlo por escrito lo antes posible en la medida de lo posible. ii. Si el Cliente cancela o reduce las instalaciones o los números mínimos según lo establecido en estos Términos y condiciones, el Cliente debe pagar los gastos de cancelación del hotel de la siguiente manera: a) Cancelaciones 181 días o más antes de la fecha de inicio del evento, sin cargo b) Cancelaciones entre 180 y 91 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 25% c) Cancelaciones entre 90 y 61 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento: 50% d) Cancelaciones entre 60 y 31 días antes de la fecha de inicio del evento 85% e) Cancelaciones con menos de 30 días de antelación al día de inicio del evento: 100% iii. El hotel intentará volver a contratar las instalaciones para eventos que el cliente haya cancelado. Si el hotel puede volver a contratarlos instalaciones, deducirá cualquier ingreso recibido de los cargos de cancelación pagaderos por el Cliente. iv. Cualquier aplazamiento de un negocio confirmado se considerará una cancelación.
