If an order, for whatever reason, is cancelled entirely or in part, the organisation is obliged to charge fee according to undermentioned diagram. A. If cancelled up to more than 3 months before the event will take place, no fee will be charged. B. If cancelled up to more than 2 months before the event will take place, 15% of the contract price will be charged C. If cancelled up to more than 1 month before the event will take place, 35% of the contract price will be charged D. If cancelled up to more than 14 days before the event will take place, 60% of the contract price will be charged E. If cancelled up to more than 7 days before the event will take place, 85% of the contract price will be charged F. If cancelled up to less than 7 days before the event will take place, 100% of the contract price will be charged G. The calculation of the reimbursement is based on the day which the cancellation by letter has reached us H. An order can only be cancelled by letter I. The number of persons that relates to the order is binding. The principal will not receive a reimbursement by particial cancellation of an order insofar this a margin of 10% of the number of persons don't exceed and in case this cancellation will take place 7 days before the date of the event at the latest.
