A 25% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.

The Tinkham Veale University Center was awarded LEED Gold status from the U.S. Green Building Council. Features that qualify the building include a vegetative green roof, flat-panel solar collectors, radiant heating and a two-story double air curtain wall that reduces heating and cooling costs.
