Hotel Hohenwart is located in Schenna near Merano - South Tyrol. It is a perfect holiday destination. The hotel offers familiar heartedness, modern comfort, a big wellness area, culinary pleasures and lots of beautiful excursions in the surrounding area. It comprises of three houses - the Stammhaus, the Haus Traube and the Haus Christine – which are on a sunny terrace above Schenna. The hotel has 16 well furnished guest rooms. The large, clear and comfortable rooms invite the guests to relax and feel well. Light floods the tastefully furnished rooms & the cosy ambience is created by the decent elegance.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
