The wide range of room characteristics offers almost unlimited possibilities for conferences, theater performances, parties, weddings, product presentations and client events. Special events services The NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace Conference Center is a multifunctional space and events can be custom-tailored to the most diverse purposes. Each event has a dedicated staff member for the entire duration, from inception through clean-up . State of Art Audio Visual Equipment such as wireless presentation systems, wireless internet and meeting kits with office supplies are available in all rooms. The hotel audio-visual department furnishes projectors, screens, video, lightning and sound equipment. A stage or even dance floor can be arranged. Function rooms Host the perfect event that will keep your guests talking for years at our Conference Center in St. Olof´s Chapel. Its historical importance creates a special atmosphere while modern technical facilities ensure a flawless event. While the building dates back to 1440, one of the oldest in Amsterdam, it fell into disrepair in the 19th century and lost its religious character. A fire ravished it in 1966 and as its end drew near, NH Amsterdam Barbizon Palace was looking for more conference space. A plan arose to restore St. Olof's Chapel to its original state but add the conveniences and comfort of the 20th century. Conference facilities at St. Olof's Chapel & Mezzanine are suitable for groups from 60 to 520 guests. For smaller meetings, fourteen meeting rooms, including the exclusive Albert Cuyp, Frans Hals and Jan van Goyen room, offer modern, comfortable accommodations for groups of 6 to 200 people. Menus for events Lunches, dinners and drinks can be arranged at Restaurant Vermeer, Retaurant Apple or Bar Bottles and Jars.
