Facility Restrictions

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask that you adhere to the following dog policy: 1. Dog-Friendly Rooms: Only designated dog-friendly rooms are available. Please inform us when making your reservation if you will be bringing a dog. 2. Size and Breed Restrictions: We welcome dogs of any size. Certain breeds may be restricted; or must be always muzzled, for example Pitbull, Rottweiler, Dobermann, among others; please inquire at the time of booking. 3. Number of Dogs: A maximum of one dog is allowed per room. 4. Fees: A non-refundable fee of 35 euros per night will be charged for each dog. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or damages. 5. Leash Policy: Dogs must be leashed at all times while in common areas of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, SPA or events areas. 6. Barking and Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please monitor your dog’s barking and noise levels. Excessive barking may result in a request to vacate the premises. 7. Pet Waste: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please dispose of waste in designated waste bins. This also includes outside areas and hotel surroundings. 8. Leaving Dogs Unattended: Dogs should not be left unattended in the room for extended periods. If you must leave your dog alone, a crate must be used. Guests are responsible for any disturbances caused by unattended dogs. Housekeeping will not clean your room if the dog is alone. 9. Vaccinations: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from parasites. Proof of vaccinations may be requested. 10. Service Animals: Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome and exempt from pet fees. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a service animal. Documentation may be requested. 11. Liability: Guests will be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog during their stay. By staying with us, you agree to comply with our dog policy. Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation A full deposit is expected. After signing the contract, the client is not entitled to cancel this contract free of charge. The Event Organizer and the Hotel may cancel as follow: • From contract signature to 121 days before the arrival date: Accommodation: 25% of the contracted rooms per night may be cancelled without penalty. • From 120 days to 61 days before the arrival date: Accommodation: 15% of the contracted rooms per night may be cancelled without penalty. • From 60 days to 31 days before the arrival date: Accommodation: 10% of the contracted rooms per night may be cancelled without penalty. • From 30 days to 72 hours before the arrival date: Accommodation, F&B, and function spaces: 5% of the contracted rooms per night and of the contracted services may be cancelled without penalty. • Less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date: All cancelled/reduced group room reservations and all ”no shows” and/or early check-outs, F&B services and/or function spaces will be charged in full (100%). The attrition allowed is non-cumulative and can only be used once. After this use, all cancellations and/or reductions will be charged in full (100%). Attrition or cancellation fee will be round up to the nearest whole number. The invoice issued for cancellation penalty will be charged to the master account.
