The Carnot Hotel Restaurant is located in the heart of Arras, facing the TGV station, and a few minutes away from the historical part of the city. Each of the 29 pastel-toned rooms includes contemporary furniture, and is equipped with all the modern amenities. The air-conditioned restaurant welcomes you to its main room on the first floor, or to a private room on the upper floor for special events (seminaries, anniversaries, celebrations, family or friends meetings, and business lunches with personalized menus).
