The historic Kahler Grand Hotel is centrally located in downtown Rochester, directly across from the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. Offering 552 guest rooms, the hotel also features 44 luxurious suites on its top two floors—The Towers at the Kahler Grand—perfect for guests attending everything from sports tournaments to high-level corporate gatherings. With over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including a pre-function area, the Kahler Grand is well-suited for conventions, trade shows, and social events. Smaller breakout rooms are ideal for product launches and specialized corporate functions such as medical meetings. An additional 12,225 square feet of meeting space—also with pre-function areas—is available at the Rochester Marriott, conveniently connected to the Kahler Grand by a short skyway. Guests enjoy seamless access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options via connected pedestrian subways and skyways, including direct access to University Square.
