- Outside food and beverages are not allowed - Certain high-risk events (e.g., fireworks displays, unauthorized performances) may require prior approval or may not be permitted. - Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. - Outside food and beverages are not allowed. All food and beverages must be purchased from CANNA. - All bookings require a non-refundable deposit and must adhere to cancellation policies.
Cancellation Policy
The Organizer acknowledges that the cancellation of the Event will cause the CANNA Management to suffer significant financial loss. The following charges will be levied if this booking is cancelled totally within : - Cancellation within 60 days before the event: 50% of total contracted revenue - Cancellation within 30 days before the event: 100% of total contracted revenue
