About us
Salt Restaurant is located on the first floor of 9 Jiangtai Xilu, opposite the Japanese School and just west from the Rosedale Hotel, LIDO. Salt Restaurant's open kitchen transforms the restaurant into a complete dining adventure. Easily viewed from every aspect of the floor, the kitchen’s modern and aesthetic design ensures everyone is part of the entire culinary experience. Seats directly at the kitchen tantalise and excite the gourmets amongst us while providing a birds-eye view of the usually hidden intricacies of a modern kitchen. Salt catering has recently been stepped up a notch with new equipment added to Salt’s warehouse allowing increased flexibility to cater for all events no matter how small, large, casual or formal. Salt catering comes equipped with professional wait and bar staff to ensure seamless service - all packages are arranged to cater for individual needs and cover everything from cocktails and canapes to full-service fine dining with wine pairing. Everything can be prepared on the premises and Salt’s team guarantees that at the end of the event, everything is left spotless - you don’t have to lift a finger. Salt can provide Hors D’oeuvres, Platters, Corporate Menus, Seasonal Menus, Full Service and Brazilian BBQ options.
