Pets on the first floor of the lodge only. Chetola Resort is a smoke-free facility.
Cancellation Policy
Our lodge offers a flexible 3-day cancelation policy. This cancelation policy allows for guests to cancel 3 days prior to the date of arrival with no penalty. Our condominiums have a 21-day cancelation policy. Guests must cancel 21 days prior to their date of arrival to avoid any cancelation fee. These policies may change depending on the groups needs.
