About us
Hotel Borgarnes is a three-star hotel in a town of 2000 inhabitants, 70 kilometres west of Reykjavík. Every effort is made to provide guests with good, personal service. The hotel is located 120 kilometres from the international airport. It has 75 rooms, all equipped with the latest modern facilities, such as television, shower, and telephone. The hotel has a good restaurant, and it also has excellent facilities for meetings and conferences for both large and small groups. Hótel Borgarnes is perfectly located in the centre of the town, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful harbour of Borgarnes.In the hotel there is a large saloon for breakfast and restaurant / bar service where we offer traditional Icelandic menu and light courses. Come & have a pleasant stay here.
