Cancellation ● In the event of Client cancellation occurring 0 – 30 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 100% of the, “Anticipated Room Night and Meeting Space Revenue Figures” will be due. ● In the event of Client cancellation occurring 31 - 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 80% “Anticipated Room Night and Meeting Space Revenue Figures” will be due. ● In the event of Client cancellation occurring 91 - 120 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 50% “Anticipated Room Night and Meeting Space Revenue Figures” will be due.
