There are several lovely fresh ponds in Nickerson State Park in Brewster as well. Tennis courts are across the street, with antique shops, galleries, summer theatres, golf courses, art and nature museums and charter fishing close by. And the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 21 mile long bicycle and walking path is just down the road with a number of bike rental shops adjacent. Just a short drive by car is the Cape Cod National Seashore with wonderful dunes and the rolling waves of the Atlantic.
