Meetings with style! Our Arista Ballroom is versatile and can accommodate meetings of many sizes. Arista Ballroom is 3,128 square feet. This room divides into Arista Y (1,886 square feet) and Arista X (1,242 square feet). We also offer Tactic Boardroom, a 360 square foot private space perfect for smaller meetings or more private one-on-one sessions. Our outdoor space Arista Gardens is perfect for receptions, breaks, or a space to gather post-meeting. Arista Ballroom (3128sf) can hold 100 seated classroom style, 250 seated in rounds, and 300 in theater or reception style. Our Pre-function space can be used as a welcoming area for Registration, Buffet meals, Breakfast & Lunch Seating, Vendor Exhibits and more. Our event center features 14' ceilings, no obstructions or columns, contemporary carpet, black marble wet bars for Beverage Service, floor to ceiling windows with blackout drapes and easy outdoor access to the patios surrounding the hotel.
