Jaristea Restaurant will go slowly in old Bucharest starting yesterday or listen to old stories that the old walls and places them whisper beaten the centuries since those who want to listen. Nothing is more strange, weird and poetic at the same time as the birth of town, on the banks of Dambovita freely flowing clear and sparkling waters which were reflected in Old Court, Court Arsa Court Brancoveanu, homes Dudesti homes empty, houses Vacaresti. It is hard today to find the right words to speak of Bucharest close to 1900 times of that city belle-epoque in which people were happy, beautiful women, most beautiful dresses, jewels brighter, restaurants, hotels, cafes brimming in that always towered buffet spread to all rooms, large roe Priming with pheasants in their feathers with crawfish on ice cliffs, champagne flows like water in the brook and Louis Viest pulled the bow of magic.
