About us

Canberra’s favorite dining spot, Flint Dining Room & Bar features a Modern International Bistro Menu that showcases the products of wood-fired oven and grill. The rustic, unpretentious fare is served individually or to share, encouraging a festive and communal atmosphere of good food in comfortable surroundings. Our unique design and layout makes us an ideal venue for a large variety of functions/events. We also hire our entire restaurant if that's what the event requires. We can take care of functions like government, birthday parties, christenings, receptions and much more.
