A deposit of up to 1 nights will be taken at the time of booking with the balance charged 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations made within 14 days to arrival are subject to a 100% charge of the stay total. Cancellation outside of 14 days to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of total deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in a 100% forfeit of all monies paid.
