Located at Kalkbraenderilobskaj 2, Copenhagen, Paustian is a restaurant which serves Danish food, based on the tradition that supported the Danish kitchen before the sixties. Restaurant Paustian aims to be what Copenhagen misses: Genuine Danish food, warmth, personal service and true commitment. All private parties are unique, so we take great care in fitting every private party to each of our guests smallest wishes. If you choose a private party arranged by us, we will take great care that every detail works to perfection. You can relax and join the party, and if you can´t do that, there is no reason to let others arrange your private party.
