Cancellation Policy
1. The following charges are applicable for any Client cancellations, postponement or other charges in dates after Client’s written and signed confirmation of the rooms/event. Changes must be received in writing. 2. Should the room space be cancel after confirmation, the deposit paid may not or only partially be refund, please contact to the Hotel * After signed contract, the hotel reserves the right not to refund the deposit in the event the guests cancel/postpone the booking. * 30 - 45 days prior to arrival, 70% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged * Within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of total estimated accommodation and events charges as booked will be charged NOTE: The hotel will issue final contract with both parties mutual agreement.
