Built at the beginning of the 19th century, Astley Bank is the ‘hidden gem’ of Darwen. A beautiful Victorian-era design, scenic landscaped gardens and a grand fountain, give the property a fairy-tale character and make it a picturesque spot whether you are a business or leisure guest. Ideally located just outside Darwen city centre and boasting six acres of beautifully landscaped land, Astley Bank Hotel is the place to do business in Lancashire. Featuring 6 meeting rooms and flexible venue space, it is an ideal setting for hosting events both big and small. Whichever meeting room you choose, you will be welcomed with traditional style, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary tea and freshly-ground coffee. With accommodation (37 individually designed bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities and numerous other comforts) and fine-dining options, as well as a setting close to the attractions of the town and only a 25-minute rail journey from Manchester International Airport, Astley Bank is an ideal location to host a wide range of meetings and events, including business meetings, conferences, corporate events, business breakfasts, working lunches, weddings, award ceremonies, private parties and special occasions, and memorials of loved ones.
