Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment • Booking Process: Secure your date by signing the Event Estimate and Contract. These documents must be submitted to the Event Coordinator, and you will receive a copy after confirmation. • Deposit & Fees: A non-refundable room rental fee is required to secure your boo king, along with a 10% food and beverage deposit. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. • Final Payment: Due on the day of the event. Payment Methods Event invoices can be paid either in person or online. • We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or personal checks. • Checks can be made out to Foothills Restaurant and either dropped off in person or mailed to: Foothills Restaurant 3901 South Carr Street, Denver, Colorado 80235 Food & Beverage • Menu Options: All food and beverages must be provided by Foothills. Custom menus are available upon request. Wedding and birthday cakes may be brought in from outside vendors. • Children's Pricing: Free for ages 3 and under. 50% off Event Menu pricing for ages 4–11. • Bar Service: Various bar packages available. Alcohol must be purchased on-site and will be served in compliance with state laws. Tax & Gratuity • Sales Tax: 5.1% added to all food and beverage services unless exempt. • Gratuity: 20% service charge added to all food and beverage purchases. Guest Count & Guarantees • Final Count: Provide the exact number of attendees 1 month prior to the event. Billing will be based on this final count. Increases in guest count are allowed up to 7 days before the event, space permitting. Cancellation Policy • 30 Days Before Event: Non-refundable room rental fee will be taken; incurred expenses charged. • Within 2 Weeks: Full deposit and room rental fee are non-refundable. Additional Terms • Decorations & Damages: Decorations must be approved by Foothills. The client is responsible for any damages or excess cleanup, and charges will be applied accordingly. • Vendor Coordination: Clients are responsible for coordinating with outside vendors such as DJs, photographers, etc. All vendors must be approved by Foothills. • Liability: Foothills is not responsible for personal property. Acts of God or unforeseen events may result in the termination of this agreement without prejudice. We look forward to hosting your event and ensuring a wonderful experience for you and your guests

Event Setup & Breakdown: We handle all event logistics, including complete setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and flatware, so you can focus on enjoying your day. Event Staff: Professional and attentive staff will be present to serve your guests, oversee the event, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Audiovisual Equipment: Access to TVs, a PA system, and a microphone is available for presentations, speeches, or entertainment needs. Parking: Ample parking is provided on-site for your guests' convenience.
