Cancellation Policy

Meeting Rooms must be cancelled 48hrs in advance of the booked date to avoid 100% of booked revenue (room hire, lunch, refreshments and equipment) Individual bedrooms must be cancelled by 2pm the day prior to arrival. Groups consisting of 5 or more rooms must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Groups consisting of 10 or more rooms must be cancelled 1 month prior to the arrival date.
