Cancellation & Attrition Policy – St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date on which written notice is received by St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin. Cancellation charges are payable upon receipt of invoice. Where applicable, refunds will be processed following receipt of confirmed bank details from the client. Event Cancellation Charges More than 90 days prior to arrival: Forfeiture of deposit 90–60 days prior: 10% of total services contracted or deposit (whichever is greater) 59–30 days prior: 35% of total services contracted or deposit (whichever is greater) 29–14 days prior: 75% of total services contracted or deposit (whichever is greater) 13 days or fewer: 100% of total services contracted Where an event includes multiple services, the above charges apply proportionately to any cancelled elements. Bedroom Attrition Policy St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin will apply one attrition clause only per contracted group: 120–90 days prior to arrival: Up to 25% room reduction permitted without charge 89–60 days prior: Up to 15% room reduction permitted without charge 59–30 days prior: Up to 10% room reduction permitted without charge Within 29 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% charge applies Reductions exceeding the permitted allowance will be charged at the contracted room rate per cancelled room night.
